The Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering – Biopharma Solutions R&D leads the global hardware engineering team responsible for the design, development, verification, commercialization, and lifecycle management of innovative bioprocessing and laboratory instrumentation products. This role provides technical and people leadership, drives execution across the product portfolio, and ensures alignment with business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The position reports directly to the Head of Biopharma - R&D and is an integral part of the Global R&D organization.
