The Senior Manager, HR Operations will lead the creation and delivery of a best‑in‑class HR service experience for Lubrizol and OxyChem, overseeing benefits, leave, data, talent, and system administration while driving process transformation and ensuring compliance. This high‑visibility role partners with HR leaders and global centers of excellence to align operations with corporate standards and manage team performance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
