Senior Manager, Human Resources

The Wing Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead its U.S. People & Culture function in Arcata, California, reporting directly to the CFO. This role involves partnering with site leadership to strengthen workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance while coaching managers and developing the local HR team.
