Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management

The Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management leads the strategy, delivery, and maturation of enterprise identity security capabilities across Viatris systems, applications, and cloud environments. This role defines and drives standardized, automated identity controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce fragmented processes and strengthen the enterprise security operating model. The position also focuses on developing internal leadership depth through coaching and succession planning to mitigate security risks and operational costs.
