About this role
The Senior Manager – Industrial and Employee Relations is a member of the People team reporting to the General Manager - I&ER and Employment Counsel, responsible for driving initiatives across industrial relations regulatory platforms. The role supports the business on IR and ER matters to achieve commercial and operational objectives and contributes to development and implementation of enterprise-wide I&ER strategy. The position also represents the business in industrial tribunals and advises on compliance and interpretation of industrial relations frameworks.
