The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics is a strategic member of the commercial organization responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive sales execution and pricing effectiveness within the generics pharmaceutical market. This role leads the development of analytics and dashboards leveraging finance, commercial, and market data to optimize portfolio performance and support operational decision-making. The position involves collaborating across IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute scalable data strategies that inform commercial strategy and improve overall business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and execute scalable data warehousing strategies across teams
Develop standardized dashboards to track sales, margins, and profitability
Translate complex analyses into clear insights for commercial stakeholders
Monitor commercial results against plan to identify performance variances
Ensure data accuracy and governance across commercial reporting

Qualifications
