Senior Manager, Lease Accounting

The Senior Manager will lead lease accounting and close execution for a portfolio of real estate and equipment leases in a fast‑paced QSR environment, overseeing the end‑to‑end ASC 842 lease accounting lifecycle, governance, and reporting. The role partners with multiple functions, drives automation and AI adoption, and ensures compliance with SOX/ICFR controls while coaching a team of accounting professionals.
