About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Legal (Corporate Commercial) to provide end-to-end legal support across the Group’s diverse businesses. This role includes drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements, leading M&A transactions, and managing disputes while ensuring governance and compliance. The Senior Manager will also drive adoption of legal technology and partner with senior management for pragmatic legal advice.

Qualifications
