About this role
The Senior Manager, Lending & Portfolio Management – Project Management leads planning and delivery of initiatives to modernize credit processes and strengthen portfolio performance across the consumer and business credit lifecycle. This role partners with cross‑functional teams (Lending, Risk, Product, Technology, Fraud, Collections, Operations, Finance, Compliance) to ensure projects are well‑designed, governed, and delivered to meet business, risk, and customer objectives. The position is focused on program and project execution, driving disciplined delivery and enterprise alignment to improve underwriting, account management, fraud prevention, and collections outcomes.
