Senior Manager, Materials Planning SIOP

This role leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes across mid- to long-range planning horizons, aligning market demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategies, and financial objectives. The position develops and executes demand and supply plans spanning 12 to 72 months to support strategic decisions on capacity, network design, inventory, sourcing, and capital investments. It also drives digital transformation, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
