Responsibilities

Lead and scale the mechanical engineering organization across design and analysis disciplines
Drive the mechanical development of spacecraft featuring large-scale deployable systems and complex mechanisms
Oversee design and integration of systems operating under extreme thermal loading and dynamic environments
Define and execute technical vision and long-term roadmaps for next-generation spacecraft structures
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while establishing organizational standards and processes
