The Senior Manager, Mechanical Engineering will lead a team to design and deliver the ARC vacuum vessel, a critical hundred‑ton component of the world's first fusion power plant. This role oversees the full design lifecycle, coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages suppliers, schedule, and budget, and drives talent development within a fast‑paced R&D environment.
