Senior Manager, Membership Development

The Senior Manager of Membership Development leads the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Consumer Technology Association, from lead generation and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing new members. This role involves building a robust prospect pipeline, developing customized value propositions, and managing a best-in-class onboarding process to ensure long-term retention. The position requires a strategic hunter who can drive membership growth, collaborate across teams, and manage a team member while reporting to the Senior Director of Membership Development.
