About this role

The Senior Manager, Operations Excellence — Site Lead drives operational execution stability, Turnaround Time (TAT) improvement, and workflow maturity development within Military Engines Sustainment Global Depot Operations across the Asia–Pacific (APAC) region. This role focuses on leading Continuous Improvement (CI), readiness engineering operations, and digital tool adoption while ensuring disciplined readiness practices across Gates 1–4 in a low-volume, highly complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment. The position requires up to 35% travel to support APAC depot sites.

Responsibilities

Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and CORE deployment to enhance operational efficiency
Drive readiness engineering operations and workflow maturity development across depot sites
Implement and oversee digital tool adoption for operational improvements and workflow stability
