The Senior Manager, Medical Economics leads a team of analysts focused on driving Oscar’s total cost of care (TCoC) strategy by identifying expense-saving opportunities and measuring the financial and clinical impact of initiatives. The role partners with forecasting, pricing, network analytics, and data science teams to develop projections, retrospective studies, and models that improve affordability and inform strategic decisions. This position reports to the VP, Medical Economics.
