About this role
The Senior Manager, Treasury Accounting will lead accounting and financial reporting for CoreWeave’s corporate debt portfolio, supporting a rapidly scaling, fixed-asset-intensive organization. The role ensures proper U.S. GAAP treatment, SEC-compliant disclosures, and strong internal controls over treasury-related processes while partnering across Treasury, Legal, Tax, Fixed Assets, and external auditors. This position supports capital structure transactions and will be based in Manhattan, NY or Sunnyvale, CA.
