Senior Manager, Organizing-DMV region

The Senior Manager, Organizing will lead Common Cause’s organizing strategy with a focus on building grassroots power in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, particularly in DC. The role centers on expanding and strengthening the organization’s base, presence, and influence through strategic campaigns and power-building initiatives. This position develops scalable curricula, resources, and support plans to align organizing efforts across multiple states. It also serves as a key connector among staff, volunteers, and external partners to advance Common Cause’s pro-democracy mission.
