About this role

The Senior Manager, Payroll is responsible for leading payroll operations for the U.S. and providing oversight of outsourced payroll in EMEA and APAC to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across regions. The role partners with HR, Finance, and Legal, reports to the Assistant Controller, and supports process and technology improvements. This position is based in Santa Clara, CA and contributes to payroll governance and global alignment.
