The Senior Manager, Policy Governance & Issue Management at Airwallex is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive policy governance program across Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Crime Compliance functions. The role involves managing the entire policy lifecycle—including issuance, localization, renewal, decommissioning, and archiving—while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead issue management processes, collaborate cross-functionally to embed governance within business operations, and drive the procurement and optimization of governance tools, leveraging AI for enhanced compliance.
