The Product Development Manager leads end-to-end concepting and development of personal care products for Mammoth Care brands as part of the R&D Soft Product Innovation team. Reporting to the Head of Soft Product Innovation, the role translates consumer insights and market trends into market-ready products and strategies. The manager partners cross-functionally with Brand, Research, Regulatory, Quality, Sourcing, and contract manufacturers to commercialize high-performance products and ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
