The Senior Manager, Product Operations will lead the evolution of Fora’s Product Ops organization, serving as a visible cross-functional partner across Product, Support, Engineering, and BizOps. This net-new role owns strategy and execution for operational systems that ensure customer experience and internal processes scale efficiently, with responsibility for launch readiness and embedding AI tooling into workflows. The role reports to the Director of Product Operations & Support and is based in New York City with significant ownership and career-growth potential.
