Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of three data scientists and analysts
Advance program and product analytics to measure curriculum performance
Drive development of company experimentation platform and best practices
Build cross-functional relationships with Product and Academics stakeholders
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business actions
