The Senior Manager, Products – Innovation, Strategy & Technology supports senior product leadership in driving product innovation, shaping group-wide product strategy, and embedding technology-enabled practices across Prudential’s Group Product Function. The role prepares and operationalizes enterprise-level product initiatives and produces materials for strategic discussions and executive updates. It partners with local business units and senior stakeholders to advance product roadmaps and cross-market propositions.
