The Senior Manager, Project Delivery leads and develops a high-performing team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to drive continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery practices. This role is responsible for establishing and evolving delivery frameworks across the organization, championing best practices, and driving transformation initiatives using Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies. The position partners with business and engineering leaders to ensure efficient delivery of business value while fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
