About this role

The Senior Manager, Provisioning will define the operational vision and long-term roadmap for the global provisioning function within the Order-to-Cash organization. This role leads a global team responsible for the timely and accurate execution of SaaS tenant activations, contract adjustments, and license fulfillments across all enterprise product lines. The position serves as the primary operational escalation point for executive leadership, technical support, and customers regarding fulfillment and order activation and deactivation.
