Senior Manager, Prudential Risk

This high-visibility role serves as the in-house expert on capital adequacy and prudential regulation within IG's second line of defence, owning the ICARA process end-to-end. The position requires translating complex regulatory requirements into well-governed capital planning processes while ensuring regulatory submissions meet the highest standards of rigour. It involves close partnership with Finance and the wider Risk function to manage capital modelling, stress testing, and strategic capital planning.
