The Senior Manager of QA Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure manufacturing and operational processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role oversees quality systems, including CAPA, deviations, change control, and audit programs, while partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Development. The position reports to the Director of Quality and requires being onsite in Somerset, NJ five days per week.
