The Senior Manager Quality Improvement - Quality role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the ministry quality improvement program under the direction of the Executive Director Quality. This position provides leadership in advancing clinical and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with quality accreditation and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. The role serves as a key liaison between Quality Improvement, core leaders, caregivers, and system teams, while providing specialized guidance and tools to train, oversee, mentor, and coach managers and supervisors.
