Senior Manager, Reagent & Assay Development

The Senior Manager, Reagent & Assay Development leads a team of scientists in the scientific and operational development of immunohematology in-vitro diagnostic reagents, assays, and supporting technologies from concept through commercialization. This role manages cross-functional development activities related to blood grouping, antibody screening/identification, compatibility testing, and transfusion diagnostics while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. The position requires deep technical expertise in immunohematology and assay development combined with strong leadership and project management skills within regulated IVD environments.
