Degree in engineering, facilities management, architecture, or a comparable technical qualificationAt least 7 years professional experience in construction or facilities support functions, ideally in a multinational industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, infrastructure, and relevant standards (e.g., energy efficiency, sustainability, safety)Experience in managing construction, renovation, or capital investment projects, including vendor management and contract negotiationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex facilities issues and define effective solutions.
