Senior Manager, Regulatory Capital Governance and Review

Responsible for oversight, monitoring and reporting on compliance with OSFI’s Capital Adequacy Requirements (CAR) guidelines, Implementation Notes and TLAC guideline. Develops and maintains the governance and oversight framework for interpretation of CAR guidelines across jurisdictions and advises stakeholders on regulatory capital developments and implications. Implements methodologies, metrics and program standards to ensure compliance, effective monitoring, timely reporting and identification of action plans.
