The Senior Manager - Reliability Engineering leads the L2/SRE function, driving the evolution from reactive production support to proactive reliability engineering through automation and observability. This role is accountable for the reliability, resilience, and operational effectiveness of critical enterprise applications and platforms throughout the service lifecycle. The position involves mentoring a high-performing team, defining service level objectives, and partnering with engineering and infrastructure teams to reduce operational risk and improve service health.

Responsibilities

Lead the L2/SRE function and drive continuous improvement in service reliability and resilience
Define and mature Service Level Objectives, Service Level Indicators, and error budgets for data-led decisions
Reduce operational toil through automation, improved tooling, and simplification of repetitive support activities
