This role establishes and leads a robust Software Asset Management (SAM) function for Hapag-Lloyd, ensuring all software assets are compliant, cost-efficient, and strategically aligned with business needs. The Senior Manager oversees the end-to-end software and contract lifecycle, managing procurement, optimization, and renewals while enhancing SAM maturity through FinOps principles. The position involves governance, stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging tools to maintain accurate software inventories and drive cost savings.
