Senior Manager Sourcing

The Senior Manager, Procurement leads the second pillar of Distech Controls' Procurement organization, covering all commodities outside Electronics as well as indirect spend, strategic projects, new product lines, and build-buy-partner decisions. This role requires a diversified sourcing and supply chain leader who can move effectively across direct and indirect categories, manufacturing and service environments, make-or-buy analysis, supplier development, and enterprise transformation. The leader will build category strategies, strengthen governance, improve processes, and develop the team through clear priorities, common tools, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.
