Senior Manager, State Arbitration

The Senior Manager, State Arbitration will lead the development and execution of a formal state arbitration function, shaping strategy, building processes, and scaling the team. This role partners with Data & Analytics, Product, and Engineering to identify claim trends, create roadmaps, and implement tools that improve reimbursement outcomes. The manager will also oversee the recovery of misrouted claims and manage the end‑to‑end state arbitration workflow.
