The Senior Manager, Structuring (Tax/Preferred Equity) is a core member of Crux’s Structuring team, responsible for leading the screening, underwriting, and execution of tax equity and preferred equity transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. This hands-on role involves building and maintaining complex financial models, preparing investment analyses, and driving transactions from intake to closing while mentoring junior team members. The position requires a professional with at least four years of experience in structured finance or renewable energy, with deep expertise in partnership flip, hybrid, and preferred equity structures.
