The Senior Manager, Study Site Engagement serves as the local face of Takeda, fostering effective partnerships between study teams, clinical research sites, investigators, and CRO partners to ensure the successful delivery of global clinical trials. This field-facing role combines scientific understanding and operational expertise to enhance site engagement across the full clinical trial lifecycle, from feasibility and site selection through study conduct and completion. The position involves building meaningful relationships with investigators and site teams to remove barriers, improve recruitment performance, and create an exceptional clinical trial experience.
