Senior Manager, Tax Provision

The Senior Manager, Tax Provision leads the Company’s income tax accounting function, overseeing the preparation and review of interim and annual tax provisions, effective tax rate analyses, and tax-related financial reporting in compliance with ASC 740 requirements. This role involves researching and documenting complex tax issues, serving as a subject matter expert on tax accounting projects, and collaborating with various internal departments and external advisors. The position is responsible for leading a team, maintaining internal controls, and establishing transfer pricing methodologies to ensure regulatory compliance.
