Senior Manager, Tax/Preferred Equity

The Senior Manager, Tax/Preferred Equity will serve as a core member of Crux’s Structuring team, leading the screening, underwriting, and execution of tax equity and preferred equity transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. This hands-on role involves building and maintaining complex financial models, preparing investment analyses, and coordinating due diligence to drive deals from intake to closing. The position requires leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while guiding associates and engaging directly with developers, investors, and advisors.
