About this role

The Senior Project Manager (Rail) acts as a client-facing focal point for a major multi-modal hub program, managing end-to-end design and build processes for architectural, civil, structural, and rail infrastructure. This non-operational role ensures coordinated, safe, and compliant delivery by overseeing technical governance, contractor oversight, and multi-discipline coordination while embedding safety principles into all solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end design and build processes for complex rail and civil infrastructure projects
Lead multi-discipline design reviews and coordinate interfaces between architecture, civil, and rail teams
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and authority requirements
Oversee contractor performance and provide independent technical advice to the client
Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks while driving constructability and value engineering
