About this role

The Senior Manager: Technical – MEP acts as a client-facing technical leader within an integrated project management office for major transportation and rail programs. This role provides design governance, safety oversight, and technical assurance for all MEP systems across stations, depots, tunnels, and line-wide assets throughout the design and build lifecycle. The position involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliant, constructible, and safe engineering solutions while managing technical risks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the MEP design lifecycle from concept to detailed design
Provide technical leadership and safety-by-design oversight for rail transportation projects
Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, architecture, and rail systems disciplines
Lead multi-discipline design reviews and value engineering workshops
Mentor a team of MEP engineers and ensure robust QA/QC processes

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services EngineeringProfessional registration (CEng, PE, or equivalent)PMP or PRINCE2 certification
