About this role

Senior Manager, Technical Support Engineering at Baton (Ryder’s in-house product group) will own the vision and execution of the Production Support function, ensuring platform reliability and excellent customer experiences as the product scales. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to establish Baton’s technical support capability and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This position is based in Hayes Valley, San Francisco and operates within a hybrid work model.
