About this role

The Senior Manager, Top-of-Funnel Campaigns will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale awareness programs to introduce MaintainX to new audiences and drive long-term pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing & Strategy, the role owns top-of-funnel campaign planning and performance across channels and partners closely with Communications, Product Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams. The position emphasizes use of AI-powered tools to improve campaign planning, experimentation, and measurement, and requires managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional alignment to scale campaign impact.
