STERIS
The Senior Manager, Training Design and Delivery leads the strategic direction and execution of Service Training across North America, ensuring alignment with business needs for technical, process, and customer training. This role oversees the design and implementation of effective, innovative training programs, including support for new product launches in partnership with Engineering, Marketing, and R&D. The position is accountable for departmental operations, including resource planning, budget and P&L management, and training center oversight. It also drives consistency and quality across regional field-based training programs while coaching trainers and enhancing onboarding initiatives.
