About this role
The Senior Manager, Workflow Optimization & AI Enablement leads enterprise AI adoption and process optimization by identifying strategic AI use cases and translating them into phased roadmaps. This hands-on role partners with senior business leaders, technology and AI delivery teams, and external vendors to shape processes, playbooks and enablement programs that advance the organization’s AI ambitions. The role reports into the AI Centre of Enablement and focuses on driving measurable operational and decision-quality improvements across the enterprise.
