Senior Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics

Legora is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics to join its FP&A team, owning the planning, forecasting, and financial governance of the company's largest cost base: its people. This high-visibility role involves building the companywide workforce plan, translating hiring decisions into financial impact, and ensuring headcount planning is faster, more accurate, and more accountable as the company scales. The position requires close partnership with business leaders, People, and Talent Acquisition to align hiring activity with the broader financial plan.
