The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day gym operations, managing fitness offerings including Padel and Pilates, driving member engagement and retention, leading brand development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will build a vibrant and welcoming environment that strengthens community connection, supports business growth, and positions the gym as a leading fitness and wellness destination in Tanzania.
