Senior Manager

The Senior Manager serves as a key member of the U.S. Government Affairs and Global Policy team, responsible for developing and implementing Audubon’s policy agenda to advance bipartisan conservation goals. This role involves providing critical policy research, analysis, and strategic guidance while representing the organization with congressional offices, federal agencies, and partner organizations. The position requires close collaboration with federal policy leaders to drive durable conservation funding and manage engagement on annual federal appropriations.
