About this role
The NPI PCBA Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for design-for-manufacturing preparation, prototype build evaluation, tooling setup, and process improvements to support release and volume ramp of complex PCBAs. The role acts as the primary manufacturing engineering representative to NPI teams and coordinates with manufacturing and process engineers at remote factory partner sites. The position supports new product development with a focus on manufacturability and production readiness.
