Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Castelion is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own and scale production of critical components for long-range hypersonic strike systems in a 0-to-1 manufacturing environment. The role involves driving the transition from prototype to scalable production, developing processes for complex hardware, and partnering with design engineers to ensure production deliverables are met. This position requires a record of building and scaling manufacturing capacity for complex hardware and the ability to work on-site five days a week.
